Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At Apang Sanjivani Navjivan Kalyankari Sanstha, we deeply value the support we receive from donors, and we ensure that donations are used responsibly for our charitable initiatives. However, due to the nature of donations, we have a specific refund and cancellation policy in place.

 

Donations

 

Donations made to Apang Sanjivani Navjivan Kalyankari Sanstha are non-refundable.

Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded as the funds are immediately allocated to our various welfare programs.

Errors in Donation Amount

 

  • If you have made an error in the donation amount, or if you believe that there was an issue with the transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the donation. We will review your request and, if deemed appropriate, process a refund or adjustment.
  • Requests for refunds should be made via email at [contact details], including the details of the donation and the reason for the refund request.

Duplicate Transactions

 

In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction, we will refund the extra donation amount. Please inform us as soon as possible, providing proof of the duplicate payment.

Event Cancellations

 

  • For donations or payments made towards participation in events, please note that fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Apang Sanjivani Navjivan Kalyankari Sanstha.
  • In case of event cancellations initiated by us, we will provide full refunds or offer alternative participation options where possible.

Tax Exemption

 

Once donations are processed, receipts are issued with tax benefits under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Refunds will not be possible for donations where tax exemption receipts have been issued.

Processing Time

 

If a refund is approved, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
